About the Company

The work of "UNIVES" companies on the stock market dates back to 1997, when the securities trader was established. In accordance with the development and formation of the stock market of Ukraine, as well as in order to provide clients with a full range of services, the fund direction was expanded by the asset management company "UNIVES". As of today, the securities trader has nothing to do with us.

The company manages two venture capital funds:

• Closed share non-diversified venture investment fund "VES-INVEST"(code USRJII 233563)
• Closed share non-diversified venture investment fund "VES-CAPITAL"(code USRJII 233664)

The total value of the Fund in the management as of 30.04.2023 was more than 260 million hryvnas. Statutory fund company is 14 mln. UAH.

LLC "AMC "UNIVES" carries out professional activities in the stock market - the asset management of institutional investors by virtue of a license issued by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of 09.12.2011, Series AH No 580078.

LLC "AMC "UNIVES" is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business.
